I can't seem to shutdown Windows Messenger. It's in the bottom-right tray
not logged in.
When I try to close it, I get the message that I first need to shutdown
applications that may need it, like Outlook, IE, or Outlook Express.
Is this true? It must be running in the background for any of these to run?
