Windows messenger Logitech quickcam express

Just purchased a Logitech quickcam express and am trying
to get it to operate in Windows messenger..It works in
all other applications that it came with so I am hoping
someone has seen this before with Messenger

The following error message appears when running the
audio/video wizard.
"The camera you selected is not working properly, or may
be in use by another program.Please click back to try
again or select another camera"

I see no other application that could be using it. Any
help would be greatly appreciated

I'm using the Logitech Orbit cam with WM and it's working fine. Did you have any success in getting yours to work
