Windows Messenger Admin Rights

I can't send files or do a voice and video link up.
Although Im the only account on the XP, and the admin
account it still says is dont have sufficent rights. help

Do you have a Firewall active? They can interfere with Messenger. In
Zone Alarm you have to allow it to act as a service - with other
firewalls you will have to open specific ports, for which I would ask in
the microsoft.public.windowsxp.messenger group
