Windows Media Toolbar

I am using XP SP1 and in the available toolbars for the taskbar I cannot find
the Windows Media Toolbar.
I have tried also looking in the Media Player options, but I couldn't find
it either.
Where is it now? How can I enable it?

In Windows Media Player, go to View > Menu Bar Options > Hide to Task Bar.

I don't have Menu Bar Options under the View menu (this is WMP 8.00)

I installed WMP 9.0 but still having the same problem, but ...

in other forum I found that executing

"regsvr32 "%Programfiles%\Windows Media Player\wmpband.dll" in the cmd line
and eventually restarting the PC should fix the problem, what did in my case
(without rebooting)
