toolbar menu on the taskbar has missing options??

toolbar menu on the taskbar has missing options?(right click empty space on
taskbar and select toolbar)

Adress, Window Media Player, Links is missing how do i restore or fix the
toolbar menu so those option will be available. this only happen on limited
account only but i know it was working before on that account.
