how to fix toolbars on the taskbar??

When i right click the taskbar and select toolbars some of the item on the
menu is not showing up: Address, Window Media Player, Links. Also when right
clicking taskbar and selecting toolbars back and forth it keep making
multiple copies of quick launch this thing only happen on one Limited account
i know it was working before. how do i fix the toolbar on the taskbar? it
probably got corrupted,

Create a new user profile. If the problem does not exist in that
profile, copy the data from the old profile to the new. It that is
still ok, delete the old one and use the new one.

im having the same proplem as "T1J" and "Rock"'
advice didnt work. does anyone else have any suggestions

The only post I see from T1J involves Nero 6.6. If you want folks here to help you, you need to put
forth enough effort to describe your problem and the solutions you've tried.
