I'm running Win XP Pro. I have a new problem: When I click on a song, I
receive an error message - Windows Media Player cannot play the file. One or
more codecs required to play the file could not be found.

I have no idea where to go to solve this. Thanks

What is the format of the song you are trying to play?
MP3, WMA, WAV, etc.??? Open Media Player>Tools>Options>Files
Types tab>check them all>and see if your song format is listed. Then
click Apply and OK. (If not listed, it may not play). Reboot. Now try
again.
