How can I reset that all streaming video from IE is using Windows Media
Player rather than Quicktime?

I would rather not delete Quicktime so that Qmov are still able to be played.

Open Windows Media Player. Click on Tools, Options, File Types. Add checks
to the type files you want to open in WMP.
