Windows Media Player Playback Speed

Does anyone know how to increase the playback speed in
Windows Media Player 9? It seems that windows 2000
version lacks the "playspeed" option
under "enhancements". Is there another way around this?

In Windows Media Player:
Click the Tools menu
Click Options...
Click the Devices tab
Click Compact Disc
Click the [Properties] button
Under the Playback section, click Analog
Click [OK]
Click [OK]

Check the sound card manufacturer's web site for updated
drivers. Make sure the sound card is compatible with your
Windows version. Check the HCL:
