media player quality ; fuzziness . . .

all my media files playback with some
fuzzyness on the edges .some have a blur.
even DIVx is somewhat grainy
in media player.

how can i tell if its the content or if its
just my graphics card or something else ?I have the latest drivers
a penium III 730 mhz and a matrox g400 dual.

any high quality content media sites around
so i can judge if its my system or its just bad content ?

i dont have a dvd player to judge by but my
monitor is great.JPG's come out nice

What's the bitrate of the content you're trying to play? The lower the
bitrate, the worse the content is going to be...
