dvd decoder will not work
I'd like to ask you if you think I got a fair deal. I buy
your dvd plugin. After the purchase I am informed it will
not work on Windows Media Player 9, which I have. In case
you do not know, this version media player on xp cannot
be uninstalled. You need to inform your customers before,
not after, purchase that your dvd decoder will not work
on wmp 9 on xp. I believe I am perfectly justified in
asking for a full refund. I am complaining to microsoft
also. You people need to get your act together.
Incident ID = T253651
Short Description = Windows Media Player 9 will not play
dvd's with dvd
plugin
Progress Status = Closed - No Customer Response
Description = DVD Player Issues
[Details]
Using Windows XP Home, Windows Media Player 9, after
installing your dvd
decoder I get this error message: 0xC00D1163: A problem
occurred with
digital copyright protection. I have tried several dvd's
to make sure it
wasn't the dvd. What do I do to make it work? Thanks
