I have just re-installed WMP11 and now get the message Windows Media Player
cannot play this DVD because there is a problem with digital copy protection
between your DVD drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated
driver for your video card, when I insert a DVD. I went to Asus no help
there. I updated the codecs no difference. I have searched for answers all
over the internet, no help. Every other Media Player I have plays DVDs
without any difficulty, including media player classic. My question is why
does Microsoft release a product that used to work, then change it so it
doesn't? This seems to be a common problem as WMP11 used to work on all my
computers now it doesn't.

Don't blame Microsoft for whatever problems that YOU have with YOUR computer.

Then your computer must be the problem, not WMP11.

And please notice that I have changed my name from Winblows XPloit to XP Professional. XP is
a great OS.
