windows media player and user accounts

hello everyone, i'm new to discussion groups but i hope someone can help me.
i'm running XP(SP2) with 6 additional user accounts (my account is the only
computer administrator) and none of the user accounts can launch and open WMP.

Hey Ramesh, thanks for responding but there are no error messages. WMP just
will not start, launch, open or anything for all other user accounts.
