everytime i make a change in my playlist it never saves it just acts like it
never happened whenever i open windows media player after closing it.

The question is, how did you add them to the library? Open WMP and click
the Library tab. Top Left click File>Open and select your songs/MP3s to
list in the library. Once listed, click bottom left of window "Add to
Library"
that will set and save the music for you.
