How create PLAYLIST in Windows Media Player?

I have windows xp, SP #3, and Windows Media Player.

I can see all my songs on the computer and have been able to transfer some
to my Samsung YP-T9J MP3 player, but not under a Playlist.

How do I do that?
 
Start by asking in the Windows Media Player newsgroup, where they live,
eat and breathe all that stuff.
 
I did. Not one answer in over a week.
