transferring folders

I have created folders in my Media Player 10. How do I transfer my playlists
to the different folders and then sync them to my Zen Nano MP3 player? Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

MP shows you a view of your music organised by Artist, Album etc.

All the files are actually in folders on your hard drive already. No music
is "inside" media player.

I presume your Zen came with sync instructions...?
