WINDOWS MEDIA CENTER TV SETUP AND INSUFICIENT RIGHTS FOR ADMINISTRATOR

Windows Media Center of Windows Vista Ultimate Version.

Setup TV get me "Tuner not found" message.

I have Pinnacle PCTV Pro card for TV tuner.

Device manager detect perfectly pinnacle WDM PCTV Video and Audio Capture
driver.

Why Media Center doesn't detect TV Turner? How to solve this problem?



I try installing the PCTV Pro tuner program in my administrator session, but
the setup program gives me following error:

"Access denied insufficient rights. To install you must have Administrator's
rights. Please login as administrator and start the installation again."

How can I solve this problem?

type "msconfig" in the run command hit enter
click on the "tools" tab scroll down to "Disable UAC" click the "Launch"
button then click "ok" and restart the computer
With UAC turned off it might work
