When you use the "save as stationery" in the file of windows mail - where
does it go? - how does one open or view it.

C:\Users\'username'\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Stationery

To easily find the folder substitute your username for 'username' in the
address and paste it to Start>Run line.
