what crap this is . I can't reply to a e-mail address if I don't have the
info for the server ..what a waste of time.

You need the information for the server you're using, but the only
information you need for the far end server is the part of the
email address after the @.

Your internet provider has probably set up a server you can use,
so ask them for the details.
 
No pain, no gain.
You can continue to use webmail if you are familiar with that.
