Windows mail

[E-challenged]

I have e-mail service through insight broadband. By mistake, I signed into
Windows Mail. Now, I receive some e-mail through insightbb and some through
Windows. How do I get back to Camelot, insightbb? Admitedly, I am not the
swiftest when it comes to the computer, so simple answers appreciated. I
have Windows Vista Premium. Thanks.

Whichever one you run first will download all the mail that's ready, and
usually remove it from the email server. Usually, just not running the
other program will be enough.

Uh, don't run Windows Mail!
Just in case you start it accidentally, keep it from downloading email
by removing the account: Tools > Accounts...
