Until just a few days ago, i was receiving emails fine and now there are
several peoploe that cannot send me mail. Any idea why it would block only
certain senders? Thanks.

It's extremely unlikely that your email program is blocking those
senders. The mail server may be doing it. If you need an exact
answer, post a copy of one of those non-delivery notices.

This can happen when an internet provider along the way considers the
first provider a home to spammers and blocks any emails from them.
Are other people sending from the same providers also blocked?

They can't send or you can't receive?
Do their messages get returned to them with an error about your mail box
being full?
