windows mail with vista

I cannot send or reply to received emails. My server created a new account
and informs me to contact my retailer.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem may be ?
 
Not without more information. Who is your mail provider?
I'd fire them for being less than helpful.

Do you get an error message when you try to send? If so, copy and
paste into a reply here.
