Windows Mail - Vista - reply all

When I hit "reply all" on an e-mail it replies to some of the recipients, but
not all of them. Any solutions that you know of?

Some times you open an email that has been Forwarded many times and you see
many names and address's. The only email address that you can send to in
Reply All is from the person that sent you the email and the other not
including yourself. None of the other headers you see in some of these
forward, forward will be replied to unless you harvest them.
If that is not whats going on then send some details of when and how this
happens. Along with the error messages and the details of the error
meeeages you get letting you know that the email address's in the (To:
field) are not being sent.

H Brown:

Thanks for your reply. Here is more detail. We have 5 people in my family.
I created a list serve (e-mail group) for the 5 of us. Creating an e-mail I
put in the group name, Fab Five, when sending the e-mail. It is sent to all
5 of us. If, for instance, my daughter replies back by hitting "reply all",
it only sends the reply to 3 or 4 of the original recipients. This is not an
e-mail that has been forwarded many times, no error message is received. The
only way I knew about it not working is when my son said he had not received
the reply from his sister that the rest of us were talking about. Thanks!

This opens the door for other questions.
Are these 5 computers networked if so how?
If networked is it a wireless network?
Are all these people in the same household?
Are these people in different areas of the country/world?
Is this one computer with 5 standard user accounts?
Does everyone of the 5 have different email account?
Are all 5 using the same email client/program?
Is it always the same one or two of the five that are not replied to?
Is everyone checking their Junk mail folder?
Has this just started or has it always been doing this?
Have you tried anything an if so what was it and your results?
Does it work most of the time as expected but occasionally/random it does
not?
Are all using the same ISP?
What are the Doman names in the email for all five address, that would be
the part after the @ symbol (myname@xyz.???)
Have you tested each of the 5 (I assume accounts) by sending emails and
replying to see if this is random or just the same one or two email address
each time?
Is the email address you sent From: to your daughter included in the Fab
Five Group?
Have you varied that when you sent this group email e.g. to daughter, and
then when she hits "reply all" that the new message window includes in the
To: field all the (4) other address other than hers and that only three of
those 4 ever received her reply at 4 different email address/accounts?
Is anyone or you getting any email back from servers saying that the email
(e-mail address removed) could not be delivered etc?
Do each of the 5 people use the same Protocols for sending and receiving
emails or is it a mix among the group?
There is just to much to assume about all the possible possibility's, so
fill
in some details that will allow someone to narrow down the possibility's.
