Nicknames in reply box?

One of my contacts has just changed her email address so I have updated her
file accordingly.
Previously, when I typed in her real name into the recipient box it
auto-filled with the rest of her full name and email address. Likewise, when
I hit "reply" on a message she sent me, it had her full name and the email
address in the recipient box.
Now when I click reply, it has only her email address (twice, like for her
name then the email address) in the recipient box. No matter how I alter her
contact so that her name shows, when I hit reply it always auto-fills with
just her email address.
I know it can be done because it worked before - please can someone tell me
how to make it look like:
Jo Smith <[email protected]>;
rather than
(e-mail address removed) <[email protected]>;
when I click reply? Please note - it works when I compose new mail to her,
but not when I click reply. And when she sends me emails, her details come up
like in the first example with her name and everything.
Thanks for any replies.

If the problem only happens when you do a reply to that sender,
then that sender has incorrectly filled in her Reply field in her
email program. When you view a message from her, it displays
what is in the From field. However, when you reply, it ignores
the From field if the Reply field is present.

I was having the same problem. On any contact go to properties for that
email on your list. Under summary If you see the email under name and email
it will give you the double email address. Go to the next tab see if the
email address is shown under name and email. If the email is the same on
both change the "name" to the persons name without the email address. This
will resolve the problem.
