Windows Mail sent messages arrive as attachments

I send email all day and several people have told me that my emails to their
Gmail account come as attachments. Another problem is that the files open as
one long text without any spacing.
 
That's a problem at their end and not yours. I don't know that you can fix
it.

Send an email to yourself. If that looks OK when it arrives, the problem
is with the other recipients.
