i recieve this prompt when sending emails
Subject 'picture', Account: 'pop.charter.net (1)', Server:
'smtp.charter.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x800CCC19

Try changing the Outgoing Server Port setting to 587 or 465. Port: 25 could be
blocked. Many ISP's and Mail services are doing this to cut down on SPAM.
