cannot SEND emails out

cannot SEND emails out but I can RECIEVE emails...however with 'yahoo' I have
no troubles....any suggestions??


The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account:
'pop.charter.net', Server: 'smtp.charter.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I take it that Charter is your home ISP. By any chance, were you
away from home with a laptop when that error occurred?
