windows mail security

ok today when i went on to my computer it said that to be able to recive my
new emsails i had to logon to pop.west.cox.net?? i dont know why and i dont
remember my user name or password... it has never done this befor help
please?!?!?!?!

The problem has nowt to do with Windows Mail.

How did you receive emails before?
If Cox is your provider, they can help you with the forgotten username
and password.
