windows mail in vista

wont send or recieve.did every thing isp said, still no go. been like this 14
days , now 2 days ago IE has stopped to. dont have disc to reinstall as is

Hard to say without more details. Do you get an error message when
you try to send or receive? If so, right-click on the error message, copy,
then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without that complete error message.

We normally don't assist with IE problems in this Windows Mail forum.
Sometimes it helps to reset IE: Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, Reset.
