windows mail cant start, now moved to mail live still nothing

please help i have looked at what every one has said, and tryed every thing
but nothing sames to work, im on vista and running with pcguard for virus
waer have unintalled the pcguard and retryed to start live mail still saying
momary full, i had to uninstall windows mail to install live mail but still
cant get my mail to work never had a problem before over a year now with the
pc dont understand please help

You do not uninstall Windows Mail in order to install Windows Live Mail.
Simply start the download here: http://download.live.com/wlmail

Incidentally, your problem statement is very difficult to understand.
It will help if you use punctuation and enable the spell checker.
