Windows mail in box

I can not delete mail from my inbox; I keep getting a message that says "an
unknown error has occured", it also says something about low memory, does
anyone know how to check for low memory and how to fix it? Thanks
 
The error message saying "low memory" is bogus, just ignore it.
The fixes that are available for this problem are somewhat complex,
and not without side effects. If you are not willing to ignore the
undeletable emails, you can upgrade to Windows Live Mail:
