This better? I can tell you this, it has nothing to do with the ck mail, I
setup my mail the EXACT same way that I have it setup at work...they tell me
it's an AT&T issue, AT&T techs are just STUPID...I suppose I can only setup
the mail account that I have with them...I've changed ports, etc
etc...NOTHING works

One thing you can do is to search the TechNet for the Error Number
0x800CCC0E, as in:
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Search/en-US/?query=0x800CCC0E&ac=8

Among the results are the following:

Windows Mail will not let me send out any emails
http://social.technet.microsoft.com.../thread/9a0bb249-8dfc-4c25-b303-e9bb999eb41b/

Troubleshooting error messages that you receive when you try to send and
receive e-mail in Outlook and Outlook Express
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/813514

The KB article does not list Windows Mail as a product that it applies to,
but I think it is worth looking at anyway. Under the Causes, the two most
likely to be relevant are incorrect account settings and incorrect
configuration of your AV software. What AV software do you use? Do you have
email scanning by your AV software on or off?

Looks like you are running into a port 25 block.
What you experienced is normal. As a general rule, the owner of
the SMTP server you are using must be the same as the entity providing
your Internet connection at that moment. For more on this issue see
http://www.postcastserver.com/help/Port_25_Blocking.aspx

The available workarounds are as follows:

1. Use webmail for sending (via your browser).
2. Ask the web host for cktrucking.com if they have a port other than '25' for SMTP.
3. Substitute the SMTP server belonging to your ISP. This is a bit tricky,
but if you want to go that route, I can provide more details. Since AT&T
uses an SMTP port other than '25', it will work from any location.

I did all of that before coming here, any other suggestions? I've just
gotten off the phone with those STUPID AT&T techs again...NO HELP from those
idiots.

Any help you can provide would be GREAT. I had a CK tech have remote access
and they too could not understand what the problem was. Everything is setup
EXACTLY the way we have it setup at the office.

1. See if changing the Outgoing (SMTP) port to 225 helps.

2. Also disable email scanning by your anti-virus application. It's
unnecessary, it may be causing the problem, and even Symantec says it's not
needed:

<QP>
Disabling Email Scanning does not leave you unprotected against viruses that
are distributed as email attachments. Norton AntiVirus Auto-Protect scans
incoming files as they are saved to your hard drive, including email and
email attachments. Email Scanning is just another layer on top of this. To
make sure that Auto-Protect is providing the maximum protection, keep
Auto-Protect enabled and run LiveUpdate regularly to ensure that you have
the most recent virus definitions.

Generally you can only send mail from the connection that you are currently
connected to.
Use the AT&T SMTP server name in the SMTP box of the ck account.
Post back if any errors.

Tried that already, does not work

Then your ISP (at home) must be blocking outgoing mail sent via the
cktrucking.com SMTP server. (At work, we must assume your employer must
have some sort of arrangement with ATT to allow this.)

I have a web site that I use the domain for for email. The server for the
domain allows me to send and receive email using the server, which is hosted
space separate from my ISP. It worked when I was using Road Runner and it
works now using Verizon.

Or perhaps I misunderstand "from the connection that you are currently
connected to".

No, you missed "generally".

No; I saw that. Perhaps the hosting service I use is unusual, but it seems
to be not special. If it is different from the hosting services generally
then I would be surprised.

Well, which one of the four workarounds I listed do you want to try and
implement? Did you call the web host for cktrucking.com and ask them if
they support a port other than '25' for SMTP? (587 is a typical alternate)

If you want to go for workaround #3:

Step 1: In Windows Mail go to Tools, Accounts, select your cktrucking.com
account, click Properties, Servers. Change the name of the outgoing (SMTP)
server to smtp.att.yahoo.com. Do not change the incoming server. Also,
make sure that the "My server requires authentication" option is checked.
Click the adjacent "Settings" button. Select "Log on using"
then enter your AT&T account email address, and the associated
password. Click OK.

Step 2. Go to the Advanced tab and change the port number for the
outgoing (SMTP) server to 465, and enable the associated SSL option.
Again, do not change any receiving parameters.
Click OK. Try sending. If you get an error message, right-click on your
error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
