Windows Mail & Calender

I cannot seem to add WinMail and WinCal to my browser tabs. I would like to
load all these along with my home page when I log on to the internet.
 
I don't how to put program access in browser tabs.
Most people use the Start menu or the Quick Launch menu or
desktop shortcuts to launch programs.
