I have a LAN with 2 PCs on it: a Vista PC with Windows Mail, and a Win98 PC
with Outlook Express. I am running the same e-mail account from both PCs, but
their respective mail programs apparently run independently. That is,
whenever I run Outlook Express on my Win98 PC, to retrieve new incoming
e-mail from my ISP's mail server, I am subsequently unable to see those same
new messages from Windows Mail on my Vista PC. And vice versa! Is there some
way to configure my 2 mail programs so I can see all incoming messages from
both PCs regardless of which mail program I use to initially retrieve them?
How about if I made both mail programs use the same file/folder location for
message storage, via the LAN? Is this feasible?
