Receiving same e-mail to 2 different programs

I have windows vista on my laptop and XP for my pc. I use windows mail on my
laptop and outlook express for the pc. I'm noticing however that the mail I
get in windows mail does not also go to outlook express on my pc. How can I
get the e-mail I receive in windows mail to also be on outlook express. I
have the same address for both.

You would have to configure both mail programs to leave a copy
of all emails on the server.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select the account, Properties, Advanced.
Select the option "Leave a copy of messages on server." Also
select one of the two 'remove' options. Do this on both computers.
