Windows Logon/off style

the shutdown,logoff,restart style of my windows has
changed.And now it also ask for a password . I want to
ask how can i change it ,moreover what is netware.
 
hi,

no offense, but you really should have a password to
secure your system. Also which style of logon do you
have? XP style or classic windows style.
