Hello, I work for IT Helpdesk at Bob Jones University,
I've seen this problem twice so far,
The User has been copying/moving files to/from a network
drive through Novell Netware.
When they are done with the files and they try to logoff
or shutdown, Windows generates the following error:
"Windows Cannot (Logout/shutdown) (copying/moving) files"
I have found a workaround for this problem, by ending the
explorer.exe process then restarting it, it then allows me
to logout/shutdown without any problem...
anybody seen anything similar?
and know if there's a fix for this problem???
Thanks,
Jonathan Dicken
