Windows live messenger 8.0

I have NTL Broadband and it has a Broadband Medic which enables the testing
of Broadband. Since downloading the above I get a message on my desktop -
vGetprocessingimagenamefileW could not be located in dynamiclinklibrary
PSAPI.dll. If I uninstall Broadband Medic the message goes.

You might want to contact NTL Broadband for help since the message occurs
with their program install.
