UNABLE TO VIEW LIVE VIDEO STREAMS

I have a favorite restaurant on Maui which has live video feeds from their
bar and patio web cams which I am no longer able to view. I can still get
them (very slowly thru dial-up) on my old system, also using XP, but not on
my new system with broadband. Screen shows "AXIS ActiveX Camera Control,
which enables you to view live images in Microsoft Internet Explorer, could
not be registered on your computer" I have played with my security/firewall
settings, checked w/ my broadband co., and downloaded a program from AXIS and
stil get the same message. In contact with AXIS, they stated that 'Normally,
the necessary components are downloaded upon first access to the AXIS video
product". Well, they weren't, or couldn't, or haven't, or won't, but I'm
still stuck here viewless. Any Help?

Sleepless---tried everything you suggested; visited your site and got a video
still, checked the registry--no AxisCamControl, tried the Axis web site you
listed and got "this page cannot be displayed", rechecked all internet
settings, firewall, and security and still got same message. I've been to
the Axis home page and tried to get their fix at http:/IP/activex/ and got
the same "cannot be displayed" message. I'm still viewless. Any other ideas?
P.S.---I used to live in Seattle--Queen Anne and Alki. I sure miss it---now
I'm and Icicle in Indiana.
