windows live changes coming

okay, it was a real curveball to find out that the new toolbar has to have
each component installed seprately now. but they left out the live favorites
plugin. there is a file that says it's an add in, but installing it doesn't
help. how do I get my live favorites back ?

Ask techsupport for windows live.
 
Like Gandalf, I always make best sense to myself and I thought him rather
smart <g>

The new windows live toolbar for ie 6.x uses component plugins, there's a
list in wikipedia. but i've found no mention of how to get the plugins
separately. with MS it looks as if you have to get an installer for each plug
in, with something like Real Player, you just have an autodownloader whenever
a new plug in is available. I think MS should auto-stream them out just like
the auto-updates.

IAC if there is a better suited section as Peter suggests, please point me
to it and I'll ask again.
