Windows Installer

Hi,

After des-installing and re-installing Office I have a problem with ACCESS
2003.
Every time that I try to open and Data Base,...... to appears the following
message: Windows Installer,.... and it take long time to open Access 2003.

I tried with MENU >> HELP >> DETECT AND REPAIR but it did Not help.

Any advice ??? How to repair it ???
