Windows Installer

I am having problems with WIndows Installer. I
reinstalled Windows XP tonight and it did not help. I
cannot access Mocrosoft Office at all. Can anyone tell me
if there is a patch or fix for the Installer problem?
 
Can you tell us exactly what "the Installer problem" is?
