I'm trying to install the BlackBerry Deskstop Software 4.0 software and just
before it is finished I geth the following Error message.

Error 1720. There is a problems with this Windows Installer package. A
scrpit required for this install to somplete could not be run. Contact your
support personnel or package vendor.

When I click "OK" it reverses everything that was done and leaves me
scratching my head.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
