windows installer keeps popping up

I am perplexed as to why my windows installer keeps popping up when i am not
trying to install anything. Any time I turn on my computer and it gets to the
windows screen this happens. I press cancel like 7 times but it continues to
pop up, Why?

I get the very same Windows Installer Pop Up and I have only been using this
new System for 3 months. I have dealt with IT techs at HP and all 9 different
techs could not figure out what the problem is, Go Figure, the Know it alls @
HP are Stumped too!
