Windows Installer keeps Opening/Running

Whenever, I open calendar events, calendar reminders, or start editing
contacts; Windows Intaller opens and runs (often locking up Outlook). I've
tried reinstalling Office/Outlook 2003 and run detect and repair but nothing
seems to rectify the issue... Any solutions out there -- Thanks in advance
for any help!!!

Following steps will resolve the problem. After accomplishing, run detect
and repair from outlook help tab; then Restart and problem was fixed!

Repair Windows Installer files (MSP files)
=========================================
1. Please access the following website to download the OUCPR.exe file to the
Desktop.
http://www.hoolulu.com/sw/ms/oucpr.exe

2. Double click the file OUCPR.exe on the Desktop.
* If you get the message "Good news", there is no problem with the MSP files
on the computer.
* If it checks out the problematic MSP files, please click Unregister button
to fix them.
