Opening e-mail message in 2003 causes installer to run

Every time I open an e-mail message in Outlook 2003. the windows installer
tries to install Office 2000. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling
Office 2003, running the Office remover wizard and reinstalling 2003, and
making sure all my setting are correct. I do not have any Office 2000
programs on my machine. It seems to be having a problem with HTML - there is
no selection available in IE for HTML editing. Please help!

It happens to me as well and I haven't found any way to stop it. It also
occurs when I right click on the email address and selcting copy or add to
contacts..
