Windows Imaging Acquisition Services

I can't start Windows Imaging Acquisition Services on my laptop. All
services that WIA is dependent on start normally. I am unable to use
scanners, cameras, and other devices because this service won't start. I am
looking for suggestions on how to fix this issue.

Hi Matotcky,
Open RUN Command and type the following in:
services.msc Press OK and Enable the WIA in the list of services there.

Thanks for the info. I have tried to start it there and it doesn't start.
It gets hung up in "starting". I have tried setting it to manual start and
disabling it and rebooting, then trying to start it. I still can't get it to
start. Any ideas???
