Hi,
I am having problems when I shutdown windows, it doesn't shutdown. I have to
hold down the poewr buttin because I get fed up and ive even left it over an
hour and it doesn't work. Please can someone help as it is really annoying
and it is bad for the computer when you hold-down the power button or switch
it off from the mains.

Thanks,
Joseph
