Windows freezes

My windows freezes about three times every day. No matter
what I'm doing I have to shut down and reboot. I've
boosted my ram to 512 and there's plenty of free space on
my hard drive. Can anyone help?

Seek out an updated video driver from the chip or card manufacturer's
WEBsite. If results are poor, ROLL BACK to the prior drivers. If you are
unfamiliar with this process, it's best left to someone who is.

Also verify that all fans in the PC's case are working, and that the case
is away from the wall - for adequate ventilation.

I'm having the same problem but more often and I upgraded

my hard drive and changed my power supply with no luck.
If you find an answer let me know.
