windows firewall

i too am recieving ( due to an unidentified problem,windows cannot display
windows firewall settings) i have tried all methods posted and nothing has
worked
plz help getting frustrated
ps will i need to install another program like zone alarm?

didn't help me. After following the instructions on that site i reboot my
comp after and it still comes back? Why is "Due to an unidentified problem,
Windows cannot display Windows Firewall settings" keeps comming after i
reboot? I checked for viruses/adware everything is clean. What should i do?
